Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities (LEND)

LEND is an interdisciplinary training program. The curricula encompass education at the master's, doctoral and postdoctoral levels with an emphasis on developing knowledge and experience in:

  • Neurodevelopmental and related disabilities, including autism
  • Family-centered, culturally competent care
  • Interdisciplinary and leadership skills

In addition to developing professional leadership skills, trainees gain experience with policy development related to disabilities. Participants come from a multitude of disciplines including:
